Ordered the AYCE take out option. This easily fed 4-5 people. I like the idea of AYCE take out, since I always have some leftovers for a second meal for at least 1-2 people. The white fish on the rainbow roll did not seem very fresh. Aside from that, the food is good. I wouldn't say it's the best, but definitely decent for a cost friendly sushi craving.

Went on valentines night for dinner it wasn't crazy busy. But there was a good crowd. The food was delicious. Every single roll and sashimi we ate just melted in our mouths. Our server was really nice and attentive. The green tea they serve is sooo good I really enjoyed and we'll be coming back!

One Spot sushi in Rancho Cucamonga, a local AYCE sushi restaurant. Restaurant claims to be #1 local sushi restaurant, and while that is subjective, the location did have overall good food. Round 1 Sashimi salad with a mild dressing and an oyster appetizer. Salad was a little skimpy with the fish to salad ratio favoring fish. The salad could use more salad. Ordered an miso soup in addition. Good salty flavor overall Round 2 Four hand rolls, the spider, salmon skin, tuna, and rainbow. Spider roll contained soft shell crab that was not very soft, more hand and tough. The salmon skin roll was absolutely gross, taking like baked paper with the consistency of wet paper... with no flavor at all... I actually left it on the plate... and they is rare for me. The tuna and rainbow roll hand rolls were amazing... soft tasty fish with a rice that was not too overwhelming. The rainbow roll contained tuna, salmon, and avocado... one of the best hand rolls I have had in a while. Round 3 Nigiri sushi, 10 varieties. The roe options were salty and favorable, with a characteristic salty and savory taste. The eel was strong umami flavor with the unique texture of eel, unique for the meal, and the tuna was typical, a characteristic taste that is not quite bitter, or sour... but very fresh and tasty, Raw shrimp has the almost chewy texture that firms up with the normal cooking process, unique for sure. The albacore was a shock... extremely spicy, but did not have chili or anything obvious. Owner stated chili was put in the sauce... that was some spice! The halibut (like white fish), limited to an orders, had a very neutral taste, and a smooth texture. The rest of the sushi was very typical, including the salmon and yellow tail. The restroom as fairly clean, but the floor was extremely sticky leaving a residue on your shoes. A wet floor sign against the stall alerted to a wet floor potential. The environment was dark, very moody. Tables were small, but with plenty of room for 2 - 4. No alcohol specials like many other restaurants. Service was top notch, with my water constantly full, and the food coming in a fast time. The host was friendly and made we welcome. She invited me back at the end of the meal. Sushi One Spot was definitely not #1, but some unique items and great service made it a great meal. Next time I will stick to the classics and avoid the temperatura and fried items. B+, 3.5 - 4 stars

Have been here multiple times, and it's always busy. The vibe is relaxing. Service is good, but it can be better as long as they check on their customers. They have a great selection of sushi to choose from. The special rolls are delicious, and some of my favorites are Diablo, Golden Tiger, and Rainbow. Overall, the food is good since they have a variety of rolls to choose from.
